We prefer you are home for at least the start of your first cleaning. We suggest you meet your team at least once to show them around and explain specific instructions. After that, if you prefer to provide us with a house key, door code, etc., the team can let themselves in and out for all future cleaning without you needing to be there if that’s easier for your schedule.

No, we advise making your reservation as early as possible to get your desired slot.

It depends on our schedule and workload each day. The team size we send is flexible and tailored to your cleaning job. Usually, one person is enough, but if the workload is significant or the cleaning task is intricate, two or three team members may be involved.

Yes we can arrange a tailor made cleaning session on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

Each contract is priced at various levels. Our directors will meet with you at a time that works for you to evaluate your space quickly. Based on the assessment, we will share a detailed cleaning proposal, including the price breakdown, which will then be sent to you via email and post.
